Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply for the clientele of Images Plus! and are subject to change without notice.

Images Plus! does not allow any adult content, sexually explicit, or pornographic material to be used in their design or hosting services. Any site which promotes such material will be removed and any fees paid will be forfeited.
Images Plus! prohibits the use of and reserves the right to cancel any customer account, which promotes its business by means of spamming.
Web site hosting and all other services provided to the Customer by Images Plus! may only be used for lawful purposes.
Images Plus! hosting service is provided on an "as is, as available" basis. Images Plus! gives no warranty, expressed or implied, for the web hosting services provided. This no warranty expressly includes any reimbursement for losses of income due to disruption of service by Images Plus! or it's providers.
Images Plus! is not responsible for technical difficulties beyond our control, i.e. power interruption, downtime, etc. Images Plus! will make every effort to keep pages up and running, but is in no way responsible for any damages arising from Customer's inability to use the web hosting services for any reason.
In the event that the client finds the need to cancel services with Images Plus! they must provide 30 days notice and pay all fees owed to Images Plus! from the time of the notice until the cancellation becomes effective.
The billing cycle begins on the first day of the calendar month and runs through the last day of the calendar month.
In the event that a new business signs a contract in the middle of a billing cycle, hosting fees will be prorated from the first of the month.
All web page designs remain the intellectual and physical property of Images Plus! and may not be moved to a secondary server location without the express written consent of Images Plus!
